Hmm, good point. Looks like it's time to find a different way to get moving. I'm partial to a dance party. Why not throw some music on shake your groove thang while cleaning up? Maybe it's a good time to move the clothes off the treadmill or stationary bike and spend 15 minutes exercising inside. Whatever it is, just get yourself up and moving. Your mind and body will thank you for it.
